To be frankly, the appearance of the site is not that attractive though. But, so what? You still get what you wanted, and in fact, there are pretty much photos dedicated to public domain, which also means you can use it for almost every purposes. It’s definitely worth to visit!

    Photos on flickr are NOT free! Check the license restrictions on each proto. I’ve had my own photos downloaded from flickr and used commercially. It’s alot of work to get people to pay for their illegal use or at least stop using.

    You should consider removing flickr from this list.

However, we would not remove flickr from the list because many flickr’s users have actually offered their photos under Creative Commons (CC) License. You can use it for free but you should give the credit back to the photographer. Furthermore, you can always contact the owner for permission prior use.     I would recommend http://www.myfreedigitalphotos.com relatively new site compared to the ones on your list.. But they already seem to feature several thousand pictures and they can all be used for commercial use!
